Public pages
The public pages of our website do not use cookies. No tools are loaded for analytics, advertising, retargeting or social media tracking, and nothing is written to your browser’s local storage. That is why the site has no cookie banner.
Admin panel
The admin panel, used only by authorised staff, uses one strictly necessary session cookie (gg_admin) to keep the login secure. It is valid only on the admin panel’s address, is deleted when the browser closes or the session ends, and is used for nothing else.
Maps
The office map on the contact page is not loaded until you press “Load the map”. The station map on the home page and the Station Finder page loads from Google Maps when you reach that part of the page. Once it loads, Google may set its own cookies and technical information such as your IP address is passed to Google, subject to Google’s privacy policy. “Directions” links take you to Google Maps.
Google Maps is provided by Google LLC, whose servers are located outside Turkey. When a map loads, technical data such as your IP address is therefore transferred abroad, solely to display the map and in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. By pressing “Load the map” to open the office map, you consent to this transfer.
When you press “Nearest station to me”, your browser asks for permission to use your location. If you allow it, your location is used only in your browser to find the nearest stations; it is not sent to us or stored.
Your choices
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. As our public pages use no cookies, this does not affect how the site works.
Changes
If an analytics or similar tool is ever added to the site, this policy will be updated and the necessary consent mechanism introduced. For questions, write to [email protected].
